The Sustainable Chaplain...

life, love, loss and living

The mobius is a such a beautiful symbol.
I have used it many times recently: in my Tibetian Bell meditations on Sunday Morning, in church, and in my IDT meetings where I teach/remind nurses about self-care.  (Let me tell you, at times it is a tough sell ...you have to sneak up on them in delightful ways.)

The way I see this life, love, loss, living…thing, the way I have noticed that it actually works is a mobius: one infinite loop; one path; one life; one love…. so all thank yous are you're welcomes, and all you're welcome are thank yous; self-care is the care of others, and vice versa.

Caregivers know this.  We forget and we need each other to remind ourselves...again a mobius.
