![]() "Happy" Memorial Day (...but it's about dead people)? The Earth has a message today that will help with this. 1. Gratitude is a garden. Breathe it in (it makes us happy and weeds despair). Say to a crusty veteran or the closest uniformed soldier-stranger... "Thank you for all that you did...(and do)." It makes a difference. We are so...lucky (i.e. blessed) See More, click read more... 2. Compost Your "Issues"
The earth knows what to do with what you don't need and the refuse (unless it's grief...then it's best to wallow until you are ripe). Let go of the resentments. Forgive them. They are dead to you. It doesn't make what they did right, it just makes you free. 3. Plant what you want... This a little tricky because you have to know what seeds are yours but this your season and you have new (story) ground. Time grows stuff. Choose your seeds. If you don't know what you want, start again with No. 1. Repeat until you do. I honor my dead by living my life honorably—John W., John F., Annie, and Betty, Dwight, The good dirt of living is listening to my longings and discontents. It's guidance to what is mine to do. We all have so much...and are so much. This sacred ground has lessons for a good life, which is what everyone wants. Yes? We need you here--being all that you can be. Semper Fi, Soldier, which means "Always faithful."

Thank you for reading makingspacesacred.com. You have reminded me of this and since I get to preach in early November... about gratitude... I think I will do some quantum recycling...
